A miracle! I've had gut problems, GERD, digestion issues, and acid reflux, particularly after consuming alcohol. After a few weeks of taking this supplement, those symptoms have completely vanished. I am definitely reaping the benefits. It arrives without ice or such, which is fine, but do remember to refrigerate it after breaking the seal to maintain its potency.
